Catherine Khabure is the Head of the HR Shared Services Centre for Diageo in Africa with responsibility for the HR Operations activities for the Diageo businesses in Africa. Prior to this role Catherine worked in various HR & Finance roles at East African Breweries, Bamburi Cement, Block Hotels & Deloitte. Catherine holds an MBA with a specialism in Human Resource Management from the Edinburgh Business School. In addition Catherine serves on the Board of Advisors for the Greenhorn Mentorship Programme at the Nairobi University. She is also a certified executive coach with the Academy of Executive Coaches.
